- Conduct intake assessments including recommendations for treatment.
- Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues. Caseload management.
- Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.
- Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals.
- Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed.
- Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field.
- Two years' experience providing direct therapy in the area of mental health, substance use or IDD.
- Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs.
- ACT 33/34 clearances if required by program.
- FBI clearance, as needed.
- Medical clearance - physical, TB test and Hepatitis B titer - required prior to hire.
- Light: exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg control requires force greater than sedentary, but worker still sits majority of time.
