- Collect and verify timekeeping records and ensure accuracy.
- Calculate and process payroll for all employees, including deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment distribution through various payment methods.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.2. **Accounts Payable Management:**
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and perform weekly, monthly, and yearly accounts payable reconciliations.
- Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.3. **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes and compliance reports as required.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.4. **Recordkeeping and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll and accounts payable records.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to payroll and accounts payable activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee and financial information.5. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflows.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience of 3+ years in payroll processing and accounts payable functions preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong numerical aptitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
