Responsibilities
  • Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Perform welfare checks on residents.
  • Document and report care provided and resident observations.
  • Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
Certificates needed or must obtain once hired:
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification; If not certified, we will cover your training cost.
  • Valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card; If don't have, you will have to apply once hired.
  • Current Negative TB test; We offer TB Testing at no cost to you.
Available schedules:
  • PRN positions are also available
  • Full-Time, PM shift: 7:00am -7:00pm
