Two years supervisory experience in a building construction, maintenance or repair work

- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
- Demonstrates effective and competent management, judgment and decision making skills.
- Ensures proper execution and documentation of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance.
- Maintains proper daily documentation for all work performed including, but not limited to; Preventive Maintenance Work Orders, Emergency Repair Work Orders, Routing Repair Work Orders and Quick Open/Close Sheets.
- Establishes a detailed construction schedule with projected start and completion dates after project is awarded to contractor prior to project begin date.
- Completes estimates for any/all departments as requested, to assist in the Capital Budget process and in the Unbudgeted Capital Process.
- Maintains communications with all affected departments, directors/managers as appropriate while conducting repairs on equipment/building infrastructure components.
- Schedules and implements preventive maintenance for all applicable equipment.
- Responsible for managing department operational budget.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
