Join WWT today!We are looking for a thought leader, problem solver, and a mentor to direct reports, with solid domain competency in the field of Information Technology; preferably ServiceNow.What will you be doing?You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders in and outside of our Services Organization. The IT Solutions Consulting & Engineering Operations team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our ServiceNow platform. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 Analysts and Developers (onshore and offshore/Full Time Employees and Contractors), as well as contributing to the work done by the Product team.You will manage all aspects of the Development process, including developing and executing on the program roadmap, working with process owners and service providers to identify and manage Continuous Improvement projects and maturing the overall platform capability. You will also be expected to work closely with other members within Apps Services Leadership, business teams, and vendors to ensure the effective execution and integration of processes across the business and our external customers.As a member of our Application Services leadership team, you will:
  • Provide leadership and promote WWT Core Values and best practices
  • Grow and Develop members of your Team: Understand their goals and work with them to achieve, hold regular and effective 1 on 1s, provide real-time coaching and engage in difficult conversations as needed, recognize, and reward the right behaviors
  • Provide input into team members’ compensation, hire/performance improvement/fire decisions, promotions
  • Create and foster an atmosphere of mentoring, quality, diversity, collaboration, and improvement by actively coaching your team members
  • Escalate and remove impediments from the teams to help them be as effective as possible
  • Work with the team to provide innovative IT solutions to business challenges that align to the product strategy
  • Help with the on-going development and the support of existing business processes
  • Facilitate trainings for team members on the tools and project functionalities.
  • Participate in the design of complex solutions.
  • Participate in maintaining the ServiceNow Instance supported by the WWT IT SC&E Operations team to foster excellent end user experience.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting best practices and direction to team members.

  • Partner with external vendor/customers and internal teams to manage the implementation of ServiceNow modules FSM, CSM, ITSM, PPM, HRSD, and Custom Applications
  • Hold the team accountable for meeting commitments while adhering to the organization's quality, methodology, and architecture standards
  • Manage training budget and provide input to staffing decisions for the team
  • Determine and act upon staffing needs of the team (FTEs, system integrators, staff augmentation), in collaboration with other leaders
  • Manage relationships with vendors (3rd party vendors, staffing vendors)
  • Incorporate business feedback into strategic planning and drive towards increased predictability of delivery
  • Prepare and deliver informal and formal presentations to own team, department, other IT teams, and business partners
  • Inspire lasting relationships with Team Members, Leaders and Customers; building trust through proven results and added value
  • Think beyond the day to day, talk about possibilities, create milestones and goals to gather support for team vision
  • Effectively cope with ambiguity and change, foster an environment of creativity and innovation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems; A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in a related field; preferably ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 2-5 years prior experience and passion for managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services/Engineering business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to gather requirements, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities, design and implementation specs, application configuration, workflow configuration, UI configuration, development of reporting, development of requirement integration components, and testing and QA; must be able to coach the team through this process
  • Will utilize AGILE processes, methodologies, and practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow Patch and Major Version Upgrade deployment and support will be helpful
  • Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations
