- · Develop annual sales strategy to achieve sales goals and objectives. Specific annual quota to be established in annual performance goals and objectives.
- · Update CRM system for proper tracking of leads, inquiries and quoted projects from inception through the selling cycle and the capture of analytical data for reporting of new sales opportunities.
- · Provide input to Product Groups for new product developments to capture short and long-term market opportunities. Be the Voice of Customer.
- · Develop, implement and modify as necessary the strategy of selling the second machine.
- · Mentor sales team and third party agent to help develop technical and sales expertise.
- · Refine value sell proposition and educate sales team on how to implement.
