Responsibilities● Maintain food, beverage and paper storage areas organized, up to health codes and clean
● Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand
trucks
● Assist Purchaser and Chefs with daily assigned tasks
● Rotate all product daily
● Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
Qualifications● Ability to execute assigned tasks with precision and speed
● Effective communication skills
● Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
● Knowledge of food products
