As an Elementary Catholic School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young students. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with autism or special learning needs
- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching strategies
- Mentor and guide students in their academic, social, and emotional growth
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progressJob RequirementsSkills:
- Strong knowledge of elementary school subjects, particularly in math and reading.
- Experience working with students with autism or special learning needs is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Proficient in using learning technologies and educational software
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and classroom management
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
