The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.Responsibilities:
Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
Policing the grounds and parking areas.
Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
