- Organize, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including the bidding process, scheduling, quality control, budget management, and safety compliance.
- Manage all personnel and contractors involved in the construction process, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Maintain accurate records of all project specifications, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce risks and maximize efficiency in the construction process.
- Maintain a professional and productive relationship with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, budget, and scheduling goals are met.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Experience with multi-unit and mixed-use construction, including Apartments, Tilt-up, Garden Style, WRAP, podium, Student Living, and low-income housing.
- Knowledge of the latest construction practices and technologies.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
