Project Manager Mixed-use / Multi-unit ConstructionPosition Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-unit and mixed-use construction projects. This role will manage the process from start to finish, ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager is the key representative of the company to clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including the bidding process, scheduling, quality control, budget management, and safety compliance.
  • Manage all personnel and contractors involved in the construction process, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all project specifications, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce risks and maximize efficiency in the construction process.
  • Maintain a professional and productive relationship with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, budget, and scheduling goals are met.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Experience with multi-unit and mixed-use construction, including Apartments, Tilt-up, Garden Style, WRAP, podium, Student Living, and low-income housing.
  • Knowledge of the latest construction practices and technologies.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
