- Monday - Thursday, four 9-hour days 6:30am-4:00pm and Friday 6:30am - 10:30am
- Ability to interpret and process information through interaction with the Pro-Planner System. This system provides standard work instructions and requires the assembler to perform such requirements and confirm results back into the system.
- Disciplined to follow written instruction with data input to prevent assembly issues and potential performance and quality defects.
- Work cycles can be up to 4 hours in duration. The assembler must stay in sequence and be able to confirm each step of the process has been completed successfully before sending the unit to the next station.
- Utilize special equipment including, but not limited to all torque tools, DC tools, brake bleeders, AC chargers, cab testers, Jib and Overhead Cranes and Quality Testing Equipment.
- Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products utilizing safe and proper tools and techniques: install various accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards; use best practices to follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing of all models/products in assigned job function.
- Assist in driving back defects to the point of origin along with identifying and assisting in implementation of preventative actions.
- 6 months or more of relevant experience OR high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience with basic hand tools
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing operations environment
- Perform all assigned tasks

- Maintain balance when walking and standing on potential slippery work floor
- Maintain balance when climbing on a portable step, ladders, and trucks
- Individually lift and manipulate parts/equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
- Tolerate constant standing while performing tasks along with occasional awkward positions to complete the tasks
- Have good hand eye coordination
- Use both hands for tool operation, carrying of parts, and assisting co-workers with heavy lifting of parts
- Distinguish the difference in various parts and equipment
- Operate and access heavy equipment safely and effectively
