- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.
- Design and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training interventions.
- Manage complex instructional design projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay current on instructional design technologies and trends.
- Leverage advanced authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia applications to enhance learning experiences.
- Manage LMS
- Develop adaptive learning strategies and personalized learning paths to address diverse learner needs and maximize training effectiveness.
- Implement robust evaluation methodologies, analyze training impact, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend enhancements to existing programs.
- Collaborate with other instructional designers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on advanced learning solutions.
- Proven success in designing and implementing complex instructional projects.
- Proficient in using advanced instructional design tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in instructional design, eLearning development, or related fields are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and apply creative solutions to complex learning challenges.
- Office-flex: Like a traditional hybrid model, OneTrust “Office-flex” employees may be asked to work in an office periodically if they are within a commutable distance to a OneTrust office. This includes coming into the office for our Company Kickoff, Company All Hands, and other larger company events. Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.
- Location-flex: Similar to other companies' remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
