- Dispatch, using modern-day FRAYT tech, by proactively ensuring each delivery happens on time
- Maintain contact with both the shipper and driver service provider
- Solve delivery issues with all parties involved
- Track our shipping customers patterns of need weekly, monthly, and annually
- Gain the trust of both shippers and drivers
- Maintain a professional level of communication with all parties including shippers, FRAYT’s sales team, driver service providers, and FRAYT’s driver services team.
- Work in tandem with the development team to ensure network issues are addressed and with the Sales team, ensure that the network changes and improvements are communicated appropriately.
- Utilize customer service communications such as phone, Slack, email, text, etc.
- Complete other projects as assigned
- Prior experience in customer service
- Prior experience in logistics dispatch
- Desire to serve customers exceptionally
- Swift and direct communication style
- A knack for organizing and coordinating quickly
- Familiarity with Slack team messaging and collaboration software
- Be responsible and accountable in a remote work environment
- Ability to quickly problem solve situations
- Advanced level of computer & app acumen
- Ability to have fun even through challenges!
- Prior experience in a remote work environment
- Prior startup experience
