Butler Trieu Inc. is looking for hard-working, dedicated, loyal individuals to come to join our team! MUST HAVE A CURRENT VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.We are Hiring in the Landscaping and Maintenance departments.Duties and Responsibilities for a Commercial Landscaper:

Drive Landscaping Truck and Trailer to worksites.
Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs.
Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees.
Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees.
Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
Monitoring and maintaining plant health.

Duties and Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician:

In charge of all maintenance jobs such as commercial pressure washing, general facility maintenance, and electrical repairs.

Requirements:

Drivers license
Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Good stamina and physical health.
General knowledge of hand power tools and equipment.
Work experience with heavy equipment is recommended.
Problem-solving.
Conduct simple repairs on buildings and equipment.
Knowledge of construction equipment and irrigation systems is recommended.
Ability to work after-hours if required.
Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
