We are seeking a driven entry-level tradesperson to join our Dental Service team in the northern Baltimore area. The core responsibility for a Service Technician is to work independently on all basic core equipment installs and repairs. Join a company that that is Passionate, Focused, Always Advancing, and People-First.Responsibilities:Install and/or Repair Dental Equipment:Safely remove, modify, repair, and install on all core dental equipment with minimal supervisionInspect pre-installed products for any defects or damages, as well as conducting final post-installation inspections for proper operation or additional damageMaintain all service records timely and accuratelyEnsures safe transportation and delivery of product to customer locationVerify specific manufacturer and Patterson guidelines, OSHA and other applicable laws and regulations related to asepsis are followedPerform other duties as assignedCustomer Service:Demonstrates passion and a people-first approach by treating customers in a respectful and considerate manner. Builds and maintains customer relationships through follow-up and courteous and approachable interactions.Inventory Management:Determines parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests.
