- Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Plan sales activities such as education trainings, inventory evaluations and maintenance inspections
- Resolve all Customer service issues in an effective, timely manner
- Document Customer activities, purchase orders, etc. within STERIS IMS CRM
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with Customers and senior managers
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-7 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Medical device/Service sales/B2B desirable preferred
- Industry certifications preferred (IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Solid system skills (Microsoft Office, Sales/Customer tracking software packages)
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite, experienced user of CRM to manage sales pipeline and activities
- Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements
