Our portfolio includes industrial, educational, healthcare, and commercial facilities, and we are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.If you are passionate about HVAC, fire protection, piping, plumbing, and temperature controls and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.Position Overview:As a Project Engineer in our Architecture Division, you will be a key contributor to our diverse range of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include the design and implementation of HVAC, fire protection, piping, plumbing, and temperature control systems. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning, cost development, scheduling, and coordination with various elements such as utilities, communication systems, structures, machinery, equipment, and processes. Your ability to collaborate effectively within project teams and consistently meet deadlines will be invaluable to our success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee HVAC, fire protection, piping, plumbing, and temperature control projects.
  • Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with utilities and communication systems to meet project requirements.
  • Create and review construction documents.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and REVIT for planning, layout, drafting, and detailing.
Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • Familiarity with design procedures and construction document production.
  • Preferred experience in mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
