Senior Project Manager - MultifamilyJob Position: Senior Project ManagerWork Location: Charleston, SC (office)Salary: $120,000 to $140,000Attention all construction professionals! Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from planning and design to completion for an developer/builder. This role requires leadership skills to guide the team and subcontractors in executing their work effectively and efficiently. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. If you have experience in construction management and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!You’ll be responsible for overseeing the completion of multifamily projects working with all project stakeholders from owners to architects, to subcontractors.   • Provide leadership and foster positive project morale
  • Guide the project team in all phases of construction
  • Over see the day-to-day progress from construction through delivery
  • Collaborate with the Bid and Estimating teams before construction commences.
  • Work closely with the office team and Project Manager(s) to provide subcontractor information.
  • Manage the development of on-site procedures.
  • Develop, refine, and oversee the Project Schedule.
  • Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety measures, field office setup, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Prepare, communicate, and submit legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors.
Do you:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience?
  • Hold at least 7 years of project management experience in construction, design, engineering, or a related field?
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead project teams, represent our company with a client-centric approach?
  • Embrace technology and stay updated with industry advancements?
  • Promote a collaborative team atmosphere among consultants, engineers, and clients?
