Gpac has partnered with a reputable multi-located retail heavy equipment sales and service company currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Service Management experience and a proven track record of success in the heavy equipment industry.Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warranty guidelines.
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and support to service technicians.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Management, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of departmental improvement and achieving operational targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
