- Process new orders for assigned accounts
- Notify customers of any shortages and arrange back orders
- Work with various departments to facilitate customer requests for additional product, early deliveries, etc.
- Balance needs of the customer with the needs of the company by following defined policies for new orders and changes to reduce costs.
- Process customer returns, debits and credits
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and organizing data in an easy to understand format).
- Creating concise PowerPoint slides
- Experience with SAP Software is a plus, but can teach.
