  • Seven years of experience in compensation, finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience
  • CCP certification
  • MarketPay experience
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Expert knowledge of state and federal employee compensation laws and regulations
  • High level of proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Job Responsibilities
  • Manages annual and special projects for physician compensation.
  • Provides guidance and oversight to one or two junior analysts.
  • Partners with outside consultant and Human Resources business partners to diagnose physician compensation issues and identify solutions.
  • Partners with the Director, Compensation and Benefits to develop, manage, and execute annual and special system-wide projects and to deliver compensation solutions/services.
  • Provides input on physician compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications in consideration of the needs of the physician practices.
  • Coordinates benefits, payroll, and HRIS activities for physicians.
  • Assists Director, Compensation and Benefits with Physician Compensation Committee, Compensation and Benefits Committee, and board meetings.
  • Prepares monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Performs high-level, complex compensation analyses with little or no staff support.
  • Assists with other projects and tasks as required.
