- Build relationships with retail stores (Home Depot and Lowes) and regional managers to enhance a favorable preferred vendor status.
- Assist in the sales of Direct Store accounts and customers.
- Ensure product positioning is optimal for the sales of our products within Retail stores.
- Ensure stores are stocked with all the necessary Titan products for success in the market.
- Resolve customer issues, problems and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain excellent customer communications regarding timely deliveries, compliments/complaints, accurate orders, and job-site preparation.
- Gather pertinent information on market conditions and competition in geographical territory and research specifications in order to make informed decisions in preparing bid packages and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with General Manager to attain sales goals for territory.
- Develop and update monthly sales-demand within the territory based on customers' estimated requirements.
- Stay informed of new products/services and other information of interest to customers; participate in trade association meetings and conventions.
- This role will drive and develop strategic growth initiatives to increase incremental benchmarks
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. (preferred) or equivalent account management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with professional decorum over the phone/radio as well as written.
- Good mathematical ability to compute counts.
- Problem Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical-Thinking skills.
- Ability to stay organized and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in the Building Materials/Construction industry for at least 1 years is preferred (Cement, Aggregate, Fly Ash, Ready-Mix, and Block.)
- Accounts Payable or Logistics background is a plus.
- Able to work over-time to meet customer needs.
