Join our team at Bua Food Group! We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join us for Summerlin’s most anticipated Restaurant - Naxos Taverna!Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
  • Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting.
  • Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Fosters a positive work environment.
  • Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
  • Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
  • Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
  • Must have TAM card up to date.
  • Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2 years previous experience in similar position.
  • Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
  • Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to Multitask calmly under pressure.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed .
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately .
