ResponsibilitiesOBXtek is currently staffing for Technical Lead - Software DevelopmentCoordinate development team activities with the Product Owner and key technical stakeholders to ensure that the technical architecture needs are planned and accounted for in support of the new business features/capabilitiesParticipate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solutionLead solution alternative explorationEnable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelinesDefine subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution contextWork with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent and the solution intent information models and documentation requirementsEstablish critical non-functional requirementsSupport technology/engineering aspects of Program planning and executionProvide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical AgilityMentor junior developersGuide software testing and QA activitiesOversee technical architecture and code reviewsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experienceExpertise delivering responsibilities aboveExperience with Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) in context of developing scientific computing, machine learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and image processing applicationsExpertise with CUDA programmingExpertise with at least one of the following: C/C++, Python, or JavaExperience with C/C++/Java/Python/Shell Scripting/Google Protocol Buffers/HTTP Rest APIs/Docker/RPMs or equivalentExperience driving Continuous Exploration process as part of the Continuous Delivery PipelineExpertise managing a CI/CD pipelineExperience with development supporting at least some of the following:Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)Digital signal processing (DSP)Radio frequency (RF), RF/Spread Spectrum modulation, digital waveforms, inverted and non-inverted I and Q (IQ) data processingSecurity ClearanceTop Secret with SCI eligibilityCompany InformationCOVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere with OBXtek’s vaccination policy.
