Home Care Marketing LiaisonHome Health / HospiceFull TimeJob Summary:The Home Care Marketing Liaison will be a part of the Home Health and Hospice Department. This position will support MRHC Home Health and Hospice by representing and promoting its service lines, physicians, nurse practitioners, and programs. The Home Care Marketing Liaison works with the Operational Director of Hospice and Home Health and Hospice Clinical Managers on completing projects that ultimately improve the organization's market position, brand strength and achieve financial growth. This position supports the work in the department by coordinating the planning, development, and execution of marketing, creative strategies, and event coordination. The Home Care Marketing Liaison will work with cross-functional teams and must obtain the ability to manage and communicate at all levels, demonstrate commitment to teamwork and have a positive attitude.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work to develop and execute brand strategies to support the overall MRHC brand and individual programs, products, and initiatives. Leverage branding and other market research as needed.
  • Actively utilize market information to guide business development efforts, inform strategy, and internal investments.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of healthcare trends.
  • Exhibits professionalism and develops long-term business relationships with referral sources. Develops, implements, evaluates, and refines territory plans based on data, trends, market needs, and facility needs. Understands expected goals and monitors achievement for referrals. Accepts responsibility and accountability for territory.
  • Coordinates specific marketing and PR related activities as assigned.
  • Maintains strong relationships with Nursing Homes’ and Assisted Living Facilities’ staff and patients.
  • Educate Hospitalist, Residents, and area Physician practices on services provided by MRHC Home Health and Hospice.
  • Attends and actively participates in meetings with Operational Director of Hospice and Home Care leaders.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in representing MRHC's programs, providers, and service lines.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of payer mix.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or commensurate.
  • Two-three years of proven healthcare marketing and business development experience are preferred.
  • Knowledge of territory preferred. Proof of automobile insurance required.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a strong business analytic ability to analyze data as well as develop, execute and adjust business plans.
  • Must be able to multitask and work on projects independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to exercise professional judgment in decision-making.
  • RN or LPN expereince preferred but not required.
Language/Communication Skills:Strong attention to detail. Must be able to multitask and work on projects independently. The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
