Opportunity Overview
The primary role of the Systems Specialist is to support the property management operations and accounting personnel by spearheading system support needs, within the Entrata software and associated information systems applications.General Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serve as lead administrator role, within Entrata system and other applications
  • Manage new user set-up and terminated user inactivation, within Entrata system and other applications
  • Train onsite and corporate employees, related to systems-specific topics
  • Investigate system for data problems and take corrective action
  • Review and respond to details surrounding new releases, setting changes, and systems issues within Entrata database and other information systems applications
  • Assist with data conversions/migrations for property acquisitions, dispositions, and management takeovers
  • Manage system integrations and third-party data connections
  • Troubleshoot helpdesk ticket requests
  • Respond to system-related resident payment issues
  • Assist with the Annual Lease Term/Lease Edit projects and other assignments
  • Update budgeted rates and current rental rates during move-in and leasing season, respectively
  • Provide assistance with annual budget projects, as necessary
  • Manage new lease, lease corrections, and other document uploads
  • Assist with system uploads of the resident utility billings
  • Assist with management of application licenses
Qualifications
  • Prior in-depth experience with Entrata, including migrations, required
  • Prior experience within the Student Housing market highly preferred
  • Prior experience with helpdesk ticket response efforts highly preferred (Zendesk application secondarily preferred)
  • Prior experience with systems training for Company employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel application (index/match, pivot table, if/then formula experience preferred)
  • Candidate needs to be coachable, enthusiastic, creative, and flexible
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equal industry experience preferred
