LPN Medical Review Nurse, UHS Home Care TTHHUnited Health Services is seeking a LPN Medical Review Nurse to join our Quality Management 07 department at UHS Home Care TTHH in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.Shift DayHours per week: 40Salary range: $19.34 - $27.08 per hour, depending on experience.Overview This Job is an in office setting. There will be training will be provided for OASIS documentation and for ICD-10 coding certification. We prefer familiarity with required clinical documentation to support Medicare coverage preferred. Will participate in the agency’s quality improvement program, completing OASIS reviews, medical coding and performing chart audits as assigned.QualificationsEducation/ExperienceMinimum Required:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
