This is a hybrid eligible role, but the selected candidate will need to be onsite in Muscatine to support business needs as needed.What You Will Do:
  • Support and facilitate the application and hiring process for job candidates, including screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating onsite or virtual interviews, and coordinating selection debriefs.
  • Utilize various platforms such as internal ATS, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. to proactively source talent for the organization.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with friendly, helpful, and respectful treatment of all applicants.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and Member & Community Relations teams to ensure consistent and efficient candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
  • Manage talent acquisition branding including externally facing job postings, partners with brand marketing on social medial marketing campaigns and additional branding and marketing initiatives as needed to support hiring needs and events.
  • Attend external/community recruitment events as needed to support hiring needs.
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment preferred.
