- First point of contact for internal customers seeking IT support
- Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software applications
- Responds to requests, isolates problem, determines and implements solution. Follow up with internal customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Monitor the status of Windows Updates, ensure all computers have the latest security patches and resolves any issues with computer updates
- Monitor the patch status of Third-Party Applications and push out patch updates as needed
- Document internal procedures
- Assist Network Administrator as needed
- Assist with Network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, access points.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff
- Associate's degree in related field required
- At least 3 years of relevant technical experience in an IT support role
- Desired experience with Windows Systems Administration
- One or more industry certifications: A+, Network + or Microsoft
- Great communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- High level of integrity and work discipline
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results
