- Collect necessary information to determine eligibility for solar solutions.
- Appointment Setting:
- Once a customer is qualified, schedule appointments for our solar experts to conduct further assessments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer information for follow-up purposes.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest solar energy trends and products.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
