Our Operations Group in Newport is searching for a Manufacturing Operator. This Operator will be working within our Manufacturing Group on a 12-hour shift. The Operator will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.Our Operations Group in Newport is searching for a Machinist to fabricate bundles to required specifications. This Machinist will be working within our Manufacturing Group on a 12-hour shift. The Operator will report directly to the Production Supervisor.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines for prototyping and productionPerform manual milling and lathe operations as requiredInterpret specifications, drawings, job orders (Oracle & File Maker), work instructions, recipes and proceduresTake precise measurements for cutting or shapingEnsure quality through meticulous checks and adjustmentsCollaborate with engineering and production teamsMaintain inventory of completed products, ensuring WIP build up in area is managed properlyFabricate products to meet established quality standards and the requirements of customersComplete preventive maintenance on a regular, timely basis.
