Expertise in metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and rough carpentry
Proficiency in On-Center, Quick Bid, and On-Screen Takeoff software
Effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders
Analytical skills to review project plans and generate detailed cost estimates
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
