- Product Mastery and Storytelling: Own messaging, positioning, and narrative for specific verticals to elevate product features & capabilities to customer outcomes and business benefits, including suite/cross-portfolio level, business applications, integrations, data & technology/platform, industry benchmarking.
- Become the competitive authority by gathering, analyzing and sharing competitive information to shape Infor's positioning in the market on why we win.
- Refine, validate, and reform buyer personas through thorough research and customer understanding.
- Value Creation: Develop clear, compelling industry and simplified value propositions, based on challenges and solutions that resonate with customers and prospects.
- Product Influence: Collaborate closely with industry-specific product and engineering teams to provide direction in shaping product vision and roadmaps. Lead development of content and assets to support bi-annual product release launches (April, October).
- Leveraging Partnerships: Develop joint value propositions for key technology partnerships, including AWS, and share impactful customer stories.
- Sales Enablement: Own core solution marketing bill of materials for field and partner enablement, including aligned measures of success.
- GTM Success: Partner with Product, Enablement, Sales and GTM teams to deliver sales plays and campaigns to drive pipeline.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Partner across Marketing to develop thought leadership, improve Infor positioning in analyst relations evaluations, marquee customer references. Develop solution experience & content for events, hosted and 3rd party tradeshows. Own digital experience outcomes for product pages on .com, with accountability for conversion rate optimization and lead generation. Define and own a purposeful and defined bill of materials through strategic content creation and investments.
- Experience in product marketing roles at B2B business application software.
- Experience in one of the following industries: Industrial Manufacturing, Public Sector, Distribution, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense or Healthcare.
- Cloud/SaaS product marketing domain experience.
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to develop solution marketing strategies.
- Experience in category creation, portfolio positioning, product re-naming, packaging, pricing, sales play development.
- Experience creating modern, digital-centric strategies to showcase product innovation.
- Experience collaborating among Sales, Product, GTM, Presales, Customer Success, Industry Strategists, Enablement teams, etc.
- Understanding of product release readiness and product development lifecycle with the ability to forge strong Marketing partnership with Product and GTM teams.
- Experience in category creation, portfolio positioning, product re-naming, packaging, pricing.
- Experience in enterprise Cloud/SaaS preferred: industry applications, ERP, PLM, HCM, WFM, WMS, MES, etc.
- Bachelors' degree.
