- Daily overtime if shift exceeds 12 hours
- Shift Rotations included scheduled overtime
- Starting Pay rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications)

- Provide quality patient care for clinical operating guidelines and policies, protocols, and accepted standards of care.
- Maintains comprehensive electronic client files, which include client notes, the release of information, assessments and other medical documents acquired on behalf of the client.
- Complete patient care reports promptly per Oregon State law company protocols and guidelines.
- Attend all mandated company training functions and required education for the program and company as assigned. (Initial and Ongoing)
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with clients, Allied health providers, nurse case managers, agency representatives, supervisors, and office staff from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds to provide quality patient care.
- Interact with patients, families, team members and community partners professionally and courteously.
- Maintains the ability to understand, utilize, and efficiently integrate technology for longitudinal patient assessment. Including clinical interventions, physician consults via telehealth, and data collection related to MIH.
- Understands and follows company procedures
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. An associate degree in health, human services, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience Requirements: Two years of experience as an EMT on a 911 transporting ambulance or equivalent community health experience. Previous critical care, training, or instructor experience is preferred. A background in Behavioral or Mental Health Education is also preferred.
- Nationally Registered EMT certification. If not Nationally Registered EMT certified, provide proof of continuing education matching Nationally Registered Paramedic standards and requirements at recertification times.
- Oregon Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) License.
- Oregon Driver's License.
- BLS Certification and CPR Certification
- CHW Certification is Required to obtain twelve (12) months of start date in the position
