- Assist with financing approvals and have budget conversations with homeowners
- Consistent follow-up and relationship management with existing and potential customers
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers
- Establish customer rapport to sell the appropriate products and services
- Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
- Create clear and precise sales proposals for the installation team
- Build confident buyers by providing transparent information about their purchase
- Represent King Heating Cooling and Plumbing in a manner that fosters lasting customer relationships and generates referrals
- Engaging presentation and public speaking skills
- Familiarity with local codes and company product lines
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of HVAC sales experience
- IT competent, experienced with Microsoft Office and sales applications
- Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ability to determine job profitability and cost based on scope of work
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
