Market America, a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator experienced in VIP White Glove service for our Travel & Events Team.Market America a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator for our Travel and Events division.Position SummarySupports complex individual, corporate and personal travel program for employees, executives, and VIPs, including air, ground service, corporate accommodations, Event Travel, and VIP services.Responsibilities:Coordinates travel processes to ensure high level of customer service.Communicates with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels for special accommodationsMonitors active travel to ensure all arrangements are executed as arrangedAssists with Event Team when neededArranges business travel for World Conferences, International Conventions and other general business travel needsCompletes Estimated travel cost for corporate travel pre-approval processesCompletes Credit Card AuthorizationsArranges Corporate Uber/Lyft bookingsKeep up to date with travel related requirements and documents for Domestic & International TravelProvides monthly credit card reconciliation via Concur ExpenseResearch and call Vendors for missing receiptsCalculates and submits per diems for eligible travelersAssists any Manager, Director, or Executive when neededHelps maintain Corporate Travel Policy and compliance withinAssists with Covid related Protocol: book testing appointments, keep vaccination cards stored on Company drive, retrieve vaccination records from employees, communicate status of appointments and schedules, research, and source company specific mandated test typesAssist Travel Manager as neededEducation and Experience:Formal education in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field3-5 years of experience in a corporate travel management setting and/or VIP travel including charter and private aviation, international travel services, and extensive ground transportationCTA, CMP, CAS, HSS, CTC, DS credentials appreciatedSabre GDS preferredSkills:Proficient use of MS Office Products, Sabre, Concur Travel, Concur Expense, Internet, Hotel Engine, Excel, Airline travel agency resource sites, Google Sheets, etc.High levels of organization, coordination, accuracy, English speaking/reading/writing, active listening, critical thinking, monitoring, negotiations, judgment, evaluation, service oriented, problem solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, time management, patience, and high level of competence in corporate Travel Industry.Results and people oriented, with judgment to balance other business considerationsService oriented, but assertive/persuasiveMarket America offers competitive salary and generous benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and an on-site health clinic.Qualified candidates should apply online.
