- Responsible for closing and locking up the building. Follows day end guidelines. prepares spa for next days business and ensures the security of premises
- Leads front desk staff and professional licensed providers as needed. Ensures proper protocols are being followed, answers all questions, communicates with all employees and recognizes all staff for outstanding performance.
- Handles all guests with professionalism. Ensures that we always give Above and Beyond Service and communicates opportunities to improve guest experiences.
- Greet our guests and answer phones with a smile, collect payments, give service recommendations, provide superior personal attention, and, overall, be a pleasant, welcoming presence.
- Familiarize our guests with the Woodhouse Experience and provide a facility tour to introduce them to the locker room and amenities that will help them have a seamless experience.
- Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to our guests.
- Educate our guests on our signature product lines to continue their spa regimen at home.
- Provide service beyond expectations, ensuring each guest has an exceptional and consistent experience. And, ultimately, ensure return visits and guest retention.
- Exceed sales quotas by providing gift card and retail recommendations.
- Conduct neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
- Act as a brand ambassador, making sure our guests enter a clean, safe space with just the right lighting, music, and aromas that will create a memorable visit.
- Assist in other tasks associated with guest satisfaction. That means a willingness to do any and every task that will provide a phenomenal guest experience and help make our business a success.
- Administrative, organizational, communications, and troubleshooting skills.
- Capacity to respond and listen effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
- Competency to use our software systems and tools to maximize spa performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time, including answering the phone in under 7 seconds every time.
- An astute attention for detail, always ensuring the spa is tidy and all staff have instructions and guidance for the day.
- An understanding that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction—and that small details are what make The Woodhouse special, whether it’s a guest’s favorites beverage, a warm inviting neck wrap, or personal details for birthdays and anniversaries. Our goal is to “Surprise and Delight" our guests.
- Willingness to enjoy frequent, free massages, mani/pedis, and facials to understand the benefits of treatment options and communicate our goals to RELAX – REFRESH – RENEW.
- This position requires an employee to stand for long periods of time and work on a computer/phone continuously.
