- Manage large and complex industrial and healthcare projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Oversee and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they adhere to project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project specifications are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and project reports.
- Assist with business development activities, including identifying new project opportunities and participating in presentations to clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure that quality standards are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing large and complex industrial and healthcare projects.
- Experience in design/build construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Primavera P6, is preferred.
