We provide an open, fast-paced, and tight-knit working environment to our employees.At Redpath Consulting Group, we are looking for an enterprising and successful Account Executive to join our sales team focusing on the nonprofit vertical. You will be responsible for driving growth inside your assigned territory and accounts through the execution of sales strategies and partner management, with a focus on growing new accounts. You will manage a book of business by identifying opportunities with new clients in your territory as well as establishing strong relationships with existing clients and the Salesforce distribution team. You will conduct business in a way that aligns with Redpath’s values: trust, passion, equity, and high performance.This position reports to the Sr. Director, Go-to-Market and Alliance Strategy. Anticipated start date is mid-April to early-May 2024.About this role:As an Account Executive, you will be driving the go-to-market and revenue goals of the company by positioning Redpath’s Salesforce solutions to the nonprofit industry and key industry sub-verticalsYou are responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients in the nonprofit verticalYour primary focus will be identifying new business, driving effective discovery, working collaboratively with the GTM and delivery teams, and responsible for closing the saleYou will be selling Redpath implementation, support, and advisory services across a set of prospective and existing clientsWhat you will do:Identify and cultivate prospective and existing clients with a primary emphasis on hunting for new business.Generate pipeline that leads to predictable closed revenue and quota attainment on a monthly, quarterly and, yearly basisLeverage a deep understanding of the way nonprofit organizations operate and the priorities that drive decisions from executive leadershipEffectively identify business problems and objectives and match their needs to compelling Salesforce-based solutions that can be implementedBuild unrivaled trust and rapport with executives and manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building at all levels of the organizationPartner with colleagues and the Salesforce GTM teams to drive value throughout the sales cycleElevate others (teammates, prospects and clients, and Salesforce) around you by focusing on their successForecast and track key account metricsRequired Qualifications3+ years experience selling cloud software or professional and managed IT servicesPrevious experience in a sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in the information technology or professional services sector with an emphasis on hunting for new businessPassion for serving the nonprofit sectorAptitude to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of one’s career in a start-up environmentEnthusiastic and creative problem-solver with the ability to inspire others and create raving fans.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to uphold Redpath’s purpose, niche, and valuesPreferred QualificationsSalesforce experience and understanding of key Salesforce platform capabilitiesExperience working with Salesforce Nonprofit AEs and Solution EngineersUnderstanding of the nonprofit sector and its unique challenges and opportunitiesExperience navigating the procurement process within nonprofit organizationsExperience selling into one or more of following nonprofit sub-verticals: Advancement, Fundraising, Donor Experience, Grant-making, Community Foundations, Health and Human Services, Corporate Foundations, or Hospital FoundationsExperience navigating complex business relationships with partnersSalesforce CRM and Google G-Suite user experienceRedpath provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, disability, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy status, amnesty, veteran status, medical condition, age, or any other characteristics protected by federal, state and local laws.
