- Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and planning support to IT leadership.
- Assist in providing value-added management reporting on expense and investment management within the corporate finance organization
- Provide guidance to IT on their budgets and financial aspects of their operational decisions.
- Annual and quarterly budgets preparation, supporting an IT (Information Technology) department
- Financial Reporting & Forecasting & variance analysis
- General Ledger and Expense review and analysis
- Various ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
- Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or Workday Adaptive.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in various Accounting & Finance functions.
- Minimum 2 years in a business analysis and requirements definition.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis or developing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience developing Operating Plans or Capital Project Budgets with Operational Leaders.
- Certified public accountant (“CPA”) designation preferred.

- Highly articulate in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation to achieve desired result.

- General knowledge of information technology (networks, operating systems, business applications, web technology, databases).
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Knowledge of Distribution processes and systems a plus

- Can handle many projects as well as ongoing operational responsibilities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver while working under time pressure with multiple deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of SAP and iCare databases
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and operate a computer, telephone and keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
- Ability to work in a confined area.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
