Provides operations support to the facility by completing a variety of administrative related activities.What Your Impact Will Be:The essential duties and responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for filing all documents and maintaining filing system
  • Responsible for auditing, validations, and post-auditing of all control documents
  • Review and approve KPI data
  • Generates and maintains purchase orders and related activity
  • Ability to attend work regularly and on a timely manner
  • Able to perform work with accuracy
  • Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and a learn a various programs
  • Ability to take ownership of and update daily trackers
  • Attention to detail
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, Sr Operations Coordinator and corporate partners.
  • Strong writing skills. Able to write reports and correspondences.
  • Strong reading skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documents
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Strong oral communication skills. Able to speak effectively before staff, management customers, vendors, and other corporate partners
  • Able to analyses and interpret reports, graphs, and other data
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
EQUIPMENTTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to utilize the following equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Computer with Windows based operating system
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate or above)
