Composes, compiles, and keys a variety of office documents into final acceptable format? creates letters, faxes, etc.? completes reprographic requests? maintains and controls records management system (hardcopy and electronic) and sorts and distributes daily mail for the division? distributes materials through campus mail? makes phone calls? sends email? takes minutes at meetings? processes incoming mail and telephone communications? processes purchase orders, uses purchase card to place orders, and monitors budgets? makes travel arrangements and car reservations? submits work orders and tickets and follows up to completion? refers students or visitors to appropriate College staff, faculty, resources or services. Extracts and compiles library statistical data usage and keys a variety of documents into final acceptable format? produces reports and maintains supporting documents in the library share folder? generates Library reports? fills in at the Library Circulation Desk. Supports PDP activities, collects information, and develops and maintains monthly calendar of events and emails announcements? makes building/room reservations and room setup requests for PDP events? registers faculty and staff and ensures proper credit is recorded? prints certificates of completion? and produces reports and maintains supporting documents in the share folder. Assist with managing programs/software contracts including tracking start/end dates, creating a schedule to request quotes, maintaining budget records, and general knowledge of the process.A high school diploma.
