- Direct PAB seed sales (HEAR) and acreage contracting with farmers within the Western Kentucky/Tennessee/Ohio Sales territory as defined by PAB
- Coordinate PAB contracted acres and farmer production with PAB grain origination management and facilities
- Provide customer service with current and prospective clients, while maintaining accurate records of call activity, expenses, and the sales process.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software e.g., Salesforce to manage and track farmer sales activity with growers and influencers within the assigned geography; improving product volume generation and market share for HEAR acres.
- Proficient in use of MSOFFICE suite software, Salesforce CRM
- Represent PAB at various Industry Conferences and Shows, Grower meetings and supplier functions in the assigned geography.
- Perform PAB HEAR seed reconciliation forecasting for seed needs, contracted acres, and grower profitability.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Lead Generation, Conversions, Contracted and Planted Acres, and Grower Retention.
- Agronomic skills / knowledge / background.
- Advanced degree(s) in an agricultural related field, Agricultural Business, and Dales, CCA preferred.
- Background in farming practices and farm management.
