  • The inspection scheduler is responsible for the supervision of the inspectors and coordination of customer's inspection
  • Summary -Manage customer accounts -Manage Inspectors -Respond to customer complaints in a timely, professional manner -Organize and maintain server files for the inspections and service department -Review inspection documentation -Process and bill customer accounts
  • Assist with deficiency sales and inspection sales -Schedule quarterly, biannual, and annual inspections with customer requirements in mind -Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Conduct all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in compliance with Triangle policies and procedures
