- Proven Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting
- Strong ability to perform functions of this role described above with minimal direction/guidance
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills and thought processes with successful demonstrated experience and approach it with the demeanor "how can I resolve this today!"
- Mature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe management
- Strong leadership skills with the shown ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups
- Able to efficiently organize multifunctional teams to complete projects to solve an array of problems as well as coordinate meetings and initiate follow-up actions having the demeanor, "how will I make a difference today!"
- Strong partnering and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate and present optimally to all audiences using the intended question "who needs to know this?"
- Demonstrate ability to resolve sophisticated problems, project management, resolve process issues, and develop procedures or actions plans when one isn't in place
- Strong understanding of physics, area chemistry, and algebraic concepts as well as analytical problem-solving skills
- Mature time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Dry Etch Process Development for semi-conductor products
- Experience in manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Data Science understanding
