  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds daily.
CompensationStarting pay ranges from $16 to $24 per hour, based on experience. Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.Benefits

ResponsibilitiesIn Landscape Construction You Will:
  • Build patios, retaining walls, steps, water features and pathways.
  • Install lawns, plants, sprinkler systems and outdoor lighting.
  • Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, trenchers, skid steer, track hoe, loaders, compactor, sod cutter, shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows.
  • Drive a large truck
  • You'll work Monday to Friday starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season with overtime in the peak season. Your workday is finished after about 8 hours, but this can vary.
In Landscape Maintenance You Will:
  • Maintain and improve clients' landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products as directed by the Crew Leader in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.
  • Drive a truck and trailer
  • You'll work four 10-hour days (with overtime in the peak season) with a team of up to 7 people. Depending on the crew, you'll work Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete, which is around 10 hours, but this can be more or less.
