- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of our pool areas, setting up pool events, and ensuring residents have a fantastic experience.
- Interact with our fantastic community, treat residents with respect and courtesy, and be the friendly face that makes their poolside moments memorable.
- Ensuring adherence to pool regulations set by management.
- Promptly notifying management of any potential issues, or necessary repairs.
- Verifying the required identification for pool entry to ensure compliance.
- Facilitating residents' compliance by maintaining records of signed pool rules and agreements.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR Certification is mandatory. Morgan Properties will reimburse for certifications obtained in 2024 (with receipt).
- CPR must be issued after September 2023 and must remain valid until at least September 2024. Certification must cover Adult, Infant or Child or Pediatric CPR.
- Online CPR certification is not acceptable.
- A proven track record of reliability and excellent job performance is essential.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation.
- A flexible schedule is required to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts.
- Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process.
- Pay Rate: starting at $17/hr.
