Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your Challenges:Primary Responsibilities:Define the roadmap of product push campaigns to stimulate sales for the year in the Americas regionIdentify opportunities for sales based on Airbus/Satair knowledge of supporting the active fleetSupport Airlines during their entry into service of the A220 and other Airbus programmes by offering initial provisioning packages of Tools and GSE and ensure these are delivered in time as per customer expectationDefine and create the content of the campaigns, including relevant product / technical informationRoll-out the campaigns with the Sales teams and elaborates any relevant marketing material in close cooperation with the marketing departmentEvaluate their commercial outcome and establish lessons learned as appropriate within the organizations (e.g. price and demand feedback)Establish the product & service roadmap and drumbeat fulfillment of product & service operations (improvement plan) and development together with the support of internal and external stakeholdersActively manage the creation and implementation of global business plansSupport the governance with regards to operational and financial performance from target proposal (AOP, Forecast) to follow up (MBR – Monthly Business Review)Work closely with Supply Chain to optimize the product lines’ inventory investment and provide them with necessary market trend intelligenceSecondary Responsibilities:Support Sales in maintaining and winning new businessGeneral Responsibilities:Comply with Satair’s mission, values and Quality Management proceduresComply with Satair’s guidelines on Ethics & ComplianceUnderstanding, sharing and living of Satair values and rulesRespect Satair processes and procedures agreed per functionKeep the direct report informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areasParticipate in optimizing Satair’s business procedures by applying existing Satair’s IT systemsComment/advise on unsatisfactory situations within the organization, and propose potential solutions for improvementsIdentify and offer suggestions to improve efficiencyBe well informed about and familiar with the latest developments in Satair's businessHave an inter-cultural understandingParticipate in occupational safety and health effortsContribute towards a positive and inspiring working environmentYour Boarding Pass:5 years’ experience in a customer service position in the commercial aerospace aftermarket industryBachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar degree (BA, Master…) with commercial /technical background and strong project management skills and experienceExperience with managing the entire value chain to support the Tools & GSE businessUnderstanding the respective competitive forces in playKnowledge of the product categories within the standard parts market incl. which parts to stock and what pricing strategies to pursue for the different categoriesKnowledge of customer requirements and practices in terms of price sensitivity, lead time, part availability and end part usageDrive and ability to lead and influence across organizational boundariesKnowledge about the product management disciplineProven ability to meet and exceed profitability targets consistentlyStrong business acumenFluent in English both orally and in writing.
