Our mission is to provide Small and Medium sized businesses (SMBs) with faster, more reliable internet solutions, positioning fiber as the future of connectivity.Why Small/Medium Businesses Need FiberMany businesses are unaware of the benefits of fiber.As a 100% commission 1099 sales rep, your role is to educate prospects on how our clients can make their business faster, easier, and more reliable.Conduct speed tests with every prospect to demonstrate the superiority of our fiber solutions.ResponsibilitiesProspecting: Conduct 40+ cold calls daily, driven by your planning and CRM tools provided to youPipeline Management: Generate and cultivate a robust pipeline of leads.Sales Cycle: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.QualificationsHunter / Helper Mentality: We’re looking for driven, adaptable individuals who not only thrive on the thrill of a sale but also excel in nurturing client relationships, combining a passion for achievement with a commitment to consultative solutions.Self-Driven: As a 1099 sales rep, you’ll enjoy flexibility but must be self-disciplined.CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Sales Rabbit) is essential.Training and Support: Full field training and ongoing support provided by Field Solutions, Inc. and our client.Uncapped Earning Potential: Our reps are expected to make $2,300 per week or $120,000 per year to meet our base goals.
