Franciscan Health takes pride in hiring coworkers that provide compassionate, comprehensive care for our patients and the communities we serve.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTCoordinate and facilitate new and ongoing training of Investigators and research staff in Human Subjects Protection, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Hazardous Materials Shipping and Franciscan Alliance research process/policy/systems.Serve as administrator for the online human subject's protection educational program (CITI) as used by Franciscan Alliance.Oversee education, training and credentialing of Franciscan Alliance Nursing, Pharmacy, and ancillary staff in Human Subjects Protection, Good Clinical Practice, and Hazardous Materials Shipping.Plan and implement management information systems to meet internal and external compliance tracking.Ensure that investigators and research staff maintain current certification in the mandatory Human Subjects Protection educational program.Complete electronic filing of compliance and regulatory documents related to research studies.Assist Director, Operations Manager, IRB Chair, Board Members, and researchers submit, complete, and finalize IRB board submissions. Tasks will include functions within non-human research, expedited review, as well as full board reviews.Perform internal auditing of research files within all of our therapeutic areas to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.Assist Financial Analyst with payment submissions and invoicing.Assist Director and Operations Manager in maintaining compliance with archiving standards.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree required (Nursing, Public Health, Health Promotion, Emergency Management, Public Administration, Research, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare or Research Administration preferred)6 months of research experience required1 year of Healthcare Administration (Business) experience preferredCertified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA), Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC), or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred**This is a part time position at 32 hours per week.
